Investment

The diagnosis first. The number after.

We don't publish a price list because we aren't selling something off the shelf: we design and build the system your operation needs. Scope defines the investment.

Why there are no prices

We'd rather be honest than fast.

Every Signature system gets built. It isn't a subscription to something that already exists and just needs switching on.

Publishing a fixed monthly fee would imply it's a matter of connecting ready-made modules. Today it isn't: the modules are designed and developed around your operation, and that work is most of the investment. Putting a number on it before knowing your operation would mean inventing one.

Once the standard catalogue is built and it really is a matter of connecting, we'll publish fixed prices here. We're not there yet, and we'd rather say so.

The investment

Your quote is built from three things.

There's no price list because no two operations are alike. The diagnosis defines the scope, and the scope produces the number.

01

Build

Developing the modules, flows and integrations your operation needs. One-off.

Depends on the blueprint's scope
02

Platform

The system running: hosting, updates, access and backups. Monthly.

Depends on modules and users
03

Maintenance

Support, adjustments and continuous improvement as your operation changes. Monthly.

Depends on the pace of change

Everything is agreed in writing in the blueprint, before we start building. No surprises halfway through.

What moves the quote

Three levels of build.

Most of the investment is development. This is what makes it grow or shrink.

01

Simple

Custom fields, views and your own reports on base modules.

02

Medium

Custom workflows, approvals and automations across areas.

03

High

Integrations with banks or tax systems, financial logic, multi-branch and AI.

  • How many modules are included, and how complex each one is
  • How many people will use it, and what each role must see
  • Which systems need integrating, and how open they are
  • How much data needs migrating, and what state it's in
  • How fast you need it running
Complexity

Modules don't cost the same to build.

A calendar is configuration. An automation engine is engineering. That's why scope drives the price.

Simple

Configuration and adjustments on what already exists.

  • Tasks
  • Expenses
  • Calendar
  • Documents
  • Roles & permissions
  • Reminders

Standard

Custom logic, states and relationships across areas.

  • Clients / CRM
  • Projects
  • Invoicing
  • Quotes
  • Inventory
  • Receivables
  • WhatsApp & email

Advanced

Real engineering: rules, calculations and integrations.

  • Dashboard
  • Reports
  • Automations
